Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. Grounds and Landscaping -Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots. -Responsible for daily upkeep of the property building, grounds, and perimeter, which includes cleaning and removing of trash daily. -Wear and maintain the required uniform and present a professional appearance and attitude at all times. -Work efficiently and diligently with a professional demeanor at all times. -Work as a 'team player' assisting other staff as needed. -Acquire a thorough knowledge of management and property policies, procedures, and rules. -Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor. -Assist Maintenance Supervisor in diagnosing and solving maintenance issues in the exterior and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and pool. -Assist with the trash removal and recycling daily. -Any other duties assigned.
