Position:WAREHOUSE STOCKER WITH SOME DELIVERY Primary Responsibilities: Receive order's and breakdown pallets to stock shelves. Pull orders for next days routes. Keep warehouse clean and tidy. Drives company vehicle over an established route to deliver coffee/beverage product and effectively service all routed customers including residential, retail and commercial customers in a safe and productive manner. Desired candidate will also be trained in filling vending machines. Must be a team player. Desired candidates have highly-developed interaction skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must be a self starter and be able to work independent. Successful Candidates Will Possess: • Highly-developed interaction skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service • A willingness and ability to operate a company van that ensures personal and public safety • The ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 45 pounds safely, on average 100 times per day • Is able to effectively interact with others, be a team player and solve conflict effectively while having strong verbal communication skills Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Load product into assigned vehicle and drives to a customer location according to an established schedule. • Maintains inventory at customer accounts • Create invoices & reconcile cash at end of day Introduces customers to new products, services and promotions. • Unload and cleans trash from delivery vehicle; performs daily vehicle operative checks; reports vehicle problems, and secures keys and vehicle. • Maintains a clean, safe work environment; adheres to company safety standards. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Bi-lingual a plus • Be able to read and write the English language and speak it clearly • This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of products per day ranging from 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly during working hours. It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering product to customers. Qualifications: Key qualifications include: • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • Valid Driver License • Motor Vehicle Record -- (in the last 3 years only): no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents. • Motor Vehicle Record (last 7 years) - no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, reckless driving, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal incident. • Must be 30 years of age or older.
