Couple in our mid thirties looking to rent a studio or a room. We have a limited budget and limited window to find a place to move. I am the Sole provider and need to stay close to the Islip area because of my work. The most I can afford is 1200 a month. We are quiet and respectful, pretty much keep to ourselves. We don't own any pets. We don't smoke or drink.
