Join Us For A FREE outdoor Yoga Class! About this Event 🧘We're excited to announce a FREE Restore class will be outside our new studio! 🧘 Come join us at 10AM in Plaza in the Park! Bring your mat, water and blocks if you have them. Please arrive up to 15 minutes before to register and get yourself "sixuated"! The class will be held outdoors in a roped-off area in the parking lot. Look for the Yoga Six Tent! After class, learn how you can get 34% off our unlimited memberships! Meet the Teacher: Carol Germano is a Brazilian artist and a yoga teacher. Carol has advanced teaching in restorative yoga. When Carol is not on the mat she enjoys listening to blues and jazz, hiking, dancing, eating pizza (balance is everything, right?) and spending time relaxing with her family. About the Class: Y6 Recovery is designed for EVERYBODY! This class empathize ground posture to stretch, open, and release the major muscle groups of your body. What to bring: Yoga Mat, water bottle.
