May AIA Indianapolis Program - A Day at IMS May AIA Indianapolis Program: A Day at IMS - Presented by Patterson Horth**ALERT - To attend you must register by 9 a.m., Monday, May 3.Parking not included (recommend parking inside track area or Main Gate Parking or Lot 3 Parking areas).You must present your Official IMS ticket, which will be mailed to you, to gain entrance onto the IMS grounds. Please enter address in registration form where you would like your ticket mailed. Eventbrite ticket not valid or required for entrance.All AIA Indiana members and sponsors are invited to attend this program.This event will take place RAIN or SHINE.  Race cars will be on the track even if it rains!Face masks will be required and provided. Hand sanitizer will also be provided. Social distancing measures will be in place. Further, attending the May 2021 AIA Indianapolis Program at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway presented by Patterson Horth could increase your risk contracting COVID-19.By attending, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.You understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the May 2021 AIA Indianapolis Program at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway presented by Patterson Horth may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, AIA Indiana/Patterson Horth employees, volunteers, and program participants. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at the May 2021 AIA Indianapolis Program at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway presented by Patterson Horth. You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the AIA Indiana/Patterson Horth, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of May 2021 AIA Indianapolis Program at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway presented by Patterson Horth, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation at the May 2021 AIA Indianapolis Program at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway presented by Patterson Horth.
