BROADSIDE COLLISION CENTERS is currently interviewing qualified and experienced auto body collision technicians to join our team. We are looking for motivated, goal oriented individuals - able to work within a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate(s) will be self motivated, no-nonsense, and driven to exceed customer expectations. They will have demonstrated experience performing collision tech duties including but not limited to; - Punctually and precisely working with the team to diagnose repairs necessary, and ensure the proper ordering of parts and supplies - Properly communicating needs and necessities in relation to performing the work, within the working guidelines of the insurance companies - Repairing the vehicle in a safe, timely, and proper matter so that all jobs leave on time - Working with staff on other tasks and projects as necessary while on property - Will keep their work areas clean, and have a sense of pride and respect for their surroundings Very competitive wages - commensurate with experience and performance (one of highest paying shops around) Benefits available for the right candidate Paid vacation available for the right candidate Bonus structures in place for individuals that overachieve and work hard for the betterment of the company Individual(s) will work on both directs and non directs.
