A local Asphalt and Paving company is looking for a hard working individual that likes to get dirty and do the work to get the job done. Overview You will be responsible for shoveling, paving and grading with a crew of experienced workers. Previous experience with paving, seal coating or highway work is a great asset but not required. Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly all day long and 80 lbs. occasionally. Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours a day Must be able to use a shovel and maintain a fast pace Intermittent out of town travel is required. It is not frequent but it does occur. Details Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am until 5 pm usually. There is required overtime to complete the job. Pay is $17 per hour and the position is temp-to-hire. When you work hard and prove yourself they will bring you on to their pay roll. There are opportunities to work on prevailing wage jobs as well.
