We will lead you through a unique restorative practice to ground you for the full moon ritual. Then we will move through a meditation to garden the mind and plant new seeds and ideas to harness this month's full moon energy! This will be a burning and smudging ceremony, so be prepared to write and release! $15 per person. Limited space. Reservations are required.
