A beautiful day is planned in a lodge on a lake, for women impacted by the military: veterans, wives/mothers/sisters/daughters of veterans. You will get, remove all the hats of responsibility and get in touch with your inner She. Do you remember who SHE is? Enjoy the benefits of a day immersed in nature, private journaling by a fire, bare feet in the sand while practicing breath work, and establish community in ceremony to relax, reenergize and revive! The SheForce retreat focuses on honoring the woman within—acknowledging the femininity that is so unique and important in today’s world.  Whether it be in a military branch or corporate america, a woman’s physical and emotional uniqueness is often overlooked.  Giving oneself permission to be feminine, to be emotional, to be strong, to be empowered with beauty from within, is very important to self esteem and acceptance. Our retreat focuses on connecting with the feminine energy and allowing oneself to embrace the gentleness and softness not always visible in daily life. Native American ceremony has influence on the foundation of the SheForce retreat.  Women directly impacted by the military experience a cleansing, a renewal, and possibly a personal enlightening on this day!
