On talk radio this morning I heard a top rated expert in human behavior say that the Democratic administration is trying to turn white Americans against people of color and minorities and vice versa. He said it's the old divide and conquer tactic. A Harvard political analysis agreed with him. Just think about all that has happened lately. I think it's true.
