DISH at Dover Bay and Idaho's own Clearwater Canyon are teaming up to bring you another enjoyable night of food and drink! Welcome to Springtime in the Rockies! This month's wine dinner is showcasing wine from our own backyard with Northwest cusine that is all about Spring! Check out the menu below and reserve your seat today! Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests. We will do our best with dietary requests, but some things can not be changed so let us know and we will be happy to try and work with you. Here is the menu! Course one: 2020 Albarino Coriander, Basil, and Chili crusted Big Eye Tuna with Meyer Lemon - Mango Puree, Daikon, and pickled Watermelon Radish. Course two: 2020 Estate Rose of Syrah Cold Cedar Smoked Columbia River Steelhead with Brown Butter Bearnaise and Charred Asparagus. Course three: 2018 Carmenere New Potato, Spring Onion, and Cougar Gold Bisque with Chive Oil, and Pancetta. Course four: 2018 Louis Delsol Cabernet Sauvignon Sous Vide Lamb Loin with Green Pea Fritter, Roasted Shallot and Bacon Cream, Tarragon Oil, Pickled Shallots, and Apple. Course five: 2018 The Wine Project Red Dark Chocolate Crème Brulee with Honey Fig Jam and Fresh Blackberries.
