Description of Duties: - Performing lawn care services including mowing, edging, and cleanup - Tree & shrub pruning and landscape cleanup services - Power raking (thatching) and aeration - Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience - Must be able to follow routes and timelines for job completions - Driving and maintaining a company vehicle and equipment - Go through company training and development program Skills and Requirements: - Experience in lawn care and or related fields - The capability to lift heavy objects (50lbs or more) throughout the day - Outgoing personality & ability to work closely with your fellow peers - Ability to lead teams and motivate others - Comfortable working long days in changing weather conditions - Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary Compensation: Competitive wages based on experience.
