Need to rehome precious mastiff

Sweet, tender hearted half mastiff, half shepherd. 98pounds 4 years old Male Dry mouth Neutered, chipped, UTD on vaccinations Had two weeks of in house personal dog training. He is behaved and very sweet and knows commands. The trainer did say he has a lot of anxiety and acts out in aggression. Which is why I am finally needing to rehome him. He does dig, is not good around little kids and or fast movement. He is ok if around his owner and can be calmed down. Since he was a baby he has had anxiety that just hasn't been able to be broken. He does not like other dogs, but with that said I think he is just too territorial of me, his owner. When he was at dog camp he was around other dogs and did great, I also have a German Shepherd that he loves. He is by far the most sweetest dog I have ever had. I absolutely love him and do not want to see him go. He is kennel trained and loves hard. I live in a neighborhood with many dogs, kids and he just doesn't have the room to get his energy off to not dig. I have tried many options to keep him and it has just come to the point that he needs more space and to be with someone that he isn't so territorial over or not be around little kids. He is a great boy and will make someone so happy, he loves to snuggle! He loves to sleep in bed if you let him. Please only serious inquiries as he needs a loving home.
