Come to this one day accelerated birth class and get prepared for your upcoming birth! Are you expecting a new addition and have a hectic schedule? This accelerated format for childbirth education is taught by an certified childbirth educator and is packed with information. It is a one day, 5 hour class, that will help prepare you and your partner for your upcoming labor and birth. Topics that are covered: ~Stages of labor ~Comfort measures (there will be hands on practice for your partner!) ~Pain control medications offered at the hospital ~Immediate postpartum ~How to communicate with your care team effectively and make decisions ~Birth plans Hands on activities, videos, and more help bring the information to life! This class will be held at Hoogeveen Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Bellevue. Covid precautions in place. Mask will be worn by instructor, as well as social distancing for participants. This class is $100/per couple. Please only purchase one ticket for both of you. Single parents and not first timers also welcome! Limited seats available! Registration is required!
