We are looking to add a Warehouse Packer to our team! Clean and prepare workstation and machines. Pick and pack items for each order. Build boxes or pallets for shipment. Place packed solar panels in the correct area. Scan items or manually update inventory system. Ensure profitable business operations. Complete other tasks as required and/or directed. Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws. Core Competencies Ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent attention to detail. Team and customer oriented. Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English. Education and Experience Required High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Six months of Warehouse experience Basic computer skills Problem-solving ability Commitment to Continuous Learning Physical: Noise Exposure: Elevated levels: 75% of time Repetitive Motions: 90% of time Standing: 80% of time Sitting: 5% of time Lifting: Up to 75 pounds 10% of time, 50 pounds 15%, > 25 pounds 25% of time Walking: 15% of time Outdoor Exposure: >10% of time Our team works in a state-of-the-art facility with safe, healthy, clean, and climate-controlled conditions.
