WANTED: BEGINNER HORSE RIDING LESSONS

I’m looking for someone willing to provide my partner and I beginner/intermediate riding lessons once a week. We’d even be interested in switching who gets to ride weekly if that’s something that needs to be arranged. I’m a graduating student at WWU and I worked in barns for 7+ years, taken lessons on and off, and I fully leased a horse for 2 years in high school. The mare I leased was a bit more than I could handle in the saddle which has lowered my confidence when it comes to actually riding. I’m more than knowledgeable and comfortable when I comes to working on the ground, but would love to pretend I’m a newbie and start with the basics of riding again. Ultimately, I’ve been around horses plenty, I just never find myself getting the opportunity to hop in the saddle. My partner has no prior experience and I’d just like to expose them to the wonderful world of horses! I would be happy to discuss lesson pricing or packages, but being college students we cannot afford $50+ a lessons. I’d also be more than happy to do barn/property work for full or partial trade.
