A busy Sequim based pet boarding facility has an afternoon, part-time kennel attendant position available. Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Extra hours and overnights available as candidate gains experience. Position includes taking dogs in and out of enclosures for social playtime. Must be capable working with multiple dogs of all breeds off-leash. You will be feeding the dogs and cats and administering any required medications. Responsible for cleaning of enclosures, bedding, food and water bowls and facility common area. Inter-personal skills and office skills are necessary. Prefer previous experience working with pets either in an animal shelter, a pet boarding facility or a veterinary office. Must be self-starter and work independently.
