Enjoy your practice starting off with an upbeat flow to get the blood and energy moving! The second half of class will embody a grounding series with longer holds to allow that new energy to settle in, leading into a juicy savassana. All awhile you will be taken on a LIVE, specially curated musical journey through the evolution of a deep creative state to a restorative state of BEing.
