Looking for help with dental implants

Hi, I know this is a very big long shot. I am 39 and lost all but 8(and they drastically have to be removed) my teeth. Not to drugs or bad oral care but from a combination of a heart attack medicine and a then a period of insanely high blood sugars. I already had a smaller amount of teeth than usual. So they had to remove all my top teeth and the majority of the bottoms. They left the remainder in and then my husband lost his job and with it our insurance. We are currently receiving $569 for our family of four. So as you can imagine all our resources are stretched. Any info would be appreciated. It is highly embarrassing but worse is that I have trouble eating. Anyway, thank you for your time.
