NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Town-Wide Cleanup Day has been postponed due to a forecast of rain, the town said Thursday. The cleanup day was scheduled for Sunday. The National Weather Service is forecasting a 90 percent chance of rain that day. The North Andover Sustainability Committee and the Department of Public Works provide gloves, bags and grabbers for the event, which was scheduled to come days after Earth Day Thursday.
