Press release from the Town of Mansfield: April 21, 2021 Level 2-Significant Drought conditions are declared for the Southeast Drought Region, which includes the Town of Mansfield. The following Phase II Outdoor Water Restrictions are effective immediately; Odd/Even lawn water is permitted between the hours of 6am-8am and 6pm-8pm only. Hand held hose for garden and pool filling is permitted any time. Special Lawn Watering Permits are available for full lawn installations based on inspection by the Water Division.
