An event focused on releasing self-doubts and bringing in love to the self
Our relationship with ourselves is one of the most important relationships we will have. How can we care for others when our own cup is empty? Unlock the Love Within is about stepping into your magic, owning your power, loving yourself, and finding the confidence to live the life you have always wanted to live. In this workshop Bri will take you through a meditation where you will recieve love energy through Reiki, a little gift from the goddess Aphrodite, through Bri’s heart chakra to yours. She then will take you through self-love exercises, journal prompts, affirmations, and more to help you fully step into loving yourself. You will begin to understand your own heart on a deeper level and find the keys to help unlock and build confidence and self-trust from within. With the help of Aphrodite, the goddess of Love, you will leave with the tools to continue working at home and growing your self-love. We will end the workshop with a fire ceremony to release your old self-doubts into the fire, allowing Aphrodite to sweep them away and make room for self-love within.
Each person should bring a blanket or pillow, journal, offering for Aphrodite, and plenty of water.
