Join us for our first dinner pairing event of 2021! We've invited Chef Kaci Goff of Wolf and Woman to pair her Malaysian cuisine with our craft sake's.
Sake Shooter
Rockfish. Laksa aioli. Appalam.
Delicate fish tossed in seafood, lemongrass, and galangal aioli and served with Indian lentil chips.
Rasam.
South Indian tamarind soup.
Black Cod. Herb salad. Soy ginger vinaigrette.
Butter poached white fish with herbs and dressing.
Bahulu.
Malaysian sponge cake, parsnip gelato, and creamed honey.
