BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — One person was seriously injured in a crash on Loch Raven Drive near Cromwell Bridge Road Friday night, according to authorities. Emergency medical personnel were at the scene, the Providence Volunteer Fire Company reported after 8 p.m. Officials said the road was blocked due to the crash, which occurred just north of Cromwell Bridge Road.
