Key Responsibilities:
Prep all needed food items for serviceProduce and execute ala carte service and catering eventsAssures that food quality standards are consistently attained.Follow sanitation and safety standards and procedures that comply with health regulationsBe able to multitask in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detailMaintain effective communication with the BOH and FOH teams.Maintain organization of work areas and the kitchenFollow company policies and operating procedures
Candidate requirements:
Stable work history with a minimum of 3 + years line or banquet cook experience in high volume, upscale country clubs, restaurants or hotelsExtensive experience and job knowledge in banquet and ala carte operationsA.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificateMust be reliable and respectful with a professional work ethic and the ability to multi-taskFood safety knowledge. Serv Safe Food safety certification requiredThe position requires working nights, weekends and holidays.Authorized required to work in the USWilling to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
