BALTIMORE, MD — Several rowhouses are on fire Friday afternoon in Baltimore, according to authorities. The blaze began at a vacant home at 1:55 p.m., officials reported, and it spread to a total of 12 houses, including two with people inside. One firefighter was hurt with injuries that required medical attention but were not believed to be life-threatening, fire officials said. No civilians were injured, according to authorities. Some crews battled the five-alarm blaze in the 300 block of South Fulton Street, where wind spread the heavy fire and smoke through the roof areas of the residences, officials said.
