A Phoenix plastics company is looking for a few new team members! We are willing to train the right person! This position requires GREAT work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to be at work on time every day! We are looking for steady job history, COMMITMENT and the ability to apply yourself to the job. Main job duties include, but are not limited to: Scooping powders and resins from containers Using industrial scales to weigh the powders and resins to exact specifications Tracking your orders and their progress on pick sheets Keeping your equipment and area clean in between orders and after your shift Helping to keep other areas of the production floor clean You will be working around powders, dyes and resins so you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty! They are safety first company and offer masks and other PPE for protection! Locations: 44th St & Broadway Schedules needed: 2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 11:00PM / Monday - Friday + OT 3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM / Sunday night - Friday morning + OT 48th Ave & Van Buren & 107th Ave & Northern Schedule needed: 2nd Shift: 4pm - 2:30am / Monday - Thursday + OT Requirements: - Ability to lift 50-75lbs consistently. - High School diploma or GED - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals. - Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work overtime as required. - Strong work ethic with focus on attendance and punctuality. - Previous warehouse experience preferred.
