Hoping to network with local investors

This is probably the last place to be doing this on but I’m new to Tucson and I’m interested in investing in some property. The problem is I’m lacking some local know-how and would like to connect with someone informed on the matter who’d be willing to share some knowledge with me? I’m not trying to scam anybody in any way, shape, or form; just looking for a source of information more than anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
