Sauté and Cook Without Oil

When you are looking to cut a few calories in your diet and give your arteries, skin and waistline a break from things like butter, olive oil cheese, etc. This is a good way to start!
About the Event
If you are used to adding oil and fats in your cooking and baking, you might think nothing will taste good without it. While your baked goods will taste different, they can still be moist and delicious. It takes time and practice to discover the skills for making baked goods cooked without oil delicious by using pureed, crushed, or mashed fruit to replace the oil and add sweetness to your muffins, cookies, and cake recipes.
You will be happy to know that there are different methods of sautéing and roasting vegetables and it begins with having a good quality non-stick skillet and roasting pans.
