Meet local sci-fi and fantasy authors, listen to them read a selection from their work, and purchase signed copies of their books. Join us at Dragon's Forge Cafe to meet local sci-fi and fantasy authors and listen to them read a selection from their work. Stick around for one on one Q&As with the authors and to purchase signed copies of their books. We invite local authors to request a slot to read a segment of their published sci-fi, fantasy, or speculative fiction (these genres are open to interpretation). This is a family friendly environment, so please choose your selection accordingly. We have 4 slots available and each author will be allotted 15 min of time. It is up to you how you use this time. You may do a solo reading, or cast individuals for a table reading. If you would like to include a synopsis of the whole work, please plan for that to take part of your time. To request a slot, please reach out over DM or to [email protected]. We will be accepting proposals until May 14th. Please include your written selection, a link to your book, and a short author bio (our host will read this when introducing you and it will not take up part of your 15 min). We encourage you to time your selection before submitting it.
