Benefit Package: • Up to $21.00 an hour DOE, Paid weekly • Health insurance, Vision and Dental • Sick Pay 3 Days • Paid holidays 7 Days • Paid vacation 10 Days • 401(k) Plan 4% match Responsibilities: Conduct a variety of Jobsite landscape construction tasks. *Dig trenches for pipes. *Load and move soil, rocks, debris, etc. into trucks or wheelbarrows. *Load, unload, and distribute bagged products, pipes, fittings, tools, and other construction and landscape materials. *Operate small tractor loaders, trenchers, rototillers, saws, augers, compressors, jackhammers, drills, sanders and other tools and equipment of the trade. Qualifications: If you focus on the customer, safety, and quality, we'd like to talk with you! *Able to effectively understand and communicate with manager, foreman and fellow crew members. *Valid Driver's License preferred. *Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. *Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. *Previous landscape installation experience preferred but not required. *Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
