Sign On / Retention/Referral Bonuses:
- $500 after 30 days of employment and an additional $500 after 6 months
- $250 for employee who referred new hire at 90 days
Sleeve Cutters at Parker Hannifin Corporation will be responsible for:
· Setting up, operating, and tending to machines
· Sawing, cutting, slitting, bending, and straightening rubber
· Examining completed workpieces for defects and sort defective pieces according to quality standards
· Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions, and tolerances.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent.Manufacturing experience(preferred) but not required.

Who We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented, capable of inspecting parts for quality and damage.Ability to read and understand work orders, bills of material, and routine.Willing and able to work overtime and weekends when demanded by the production schedule.Dependable and capable of working independently.Mindful of safety policies and procedures.Unafraid to ask questions.
Shift availability
- 2nd shift (1pm - 9pm)
- 3rd shift (9pm - 5am)
Work Remotely
· No
*Indefinite mandatory Saturday overtime shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
