Maintenance Technician-Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 1/2 hour lunch Maintenance Techs - NEEDED ASAP!!!!! Oakland/Bay Point/Santa Rosa This position is responsible for various maintenance duties and handling service requests requiring technical labor skills, including, but not limited to repairs and adjustments, electrical installations, plumbing, pool maintenance, light carpentry/construction, dry walling, painting, vinyl repair and installation and appliance repair. Prepares vacant units for occupancy and completes maintenance checklist. Keeps records of maintenance work performed and materials used. Prior experience in Apartment Maintenance is required, Must be able to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
