I am looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything when it comes to houses. I have a 4-plex in downtown Vicksburg that needs a few thousand dollars of renovations here and there. I’ve had so much trouble, in the city of Vicksburg, finding someone trustworthy and dependable. You must have a drivers license and a pickup truck. If you have a drinking problem or a drug problem, please don’t apply. You must be able to take pictures of the work and send them to me. If you don’t have a cell phone please do not apply. If your cell phone keeps getting cut off because you can’t pay it, please do not apply. I am looking for a long-term person who is interested in making some money. Once everything is up-to-date after a few weeks, there will always be work to be done as I like to improve my place even if something is not broken. So there will be at least one job a week for probably years to come.
