Description
Valley Property Services is looking for an experienced Field Manager and Account manager who's task will involve the following:
* Manage multiple crews and their daily schedules
* Maintains open communication with Property Managers related to service requests.
* Visiting multiple project sites at least once a week; scheduling and facilitating meetings to communicate project issues with all internal and external constituents
* Coordinates and schedules crews for routine maintenance, irrigation repairs and special projects
* Effectively apply industry knowledge in a leadership capacity, overseeing multiple projects.
* Communicate on a professional level with both internal and external customers, both written and verbally
* Professional management of labor force, including time-sheets, record keeping and conflict resolution
* Schedule, coordinate, and supervise enhancement projects, ensuring production, quality and budget controls
Job Requirement:
* Valid Driver's License & Reliable transportation
* Ability to read a work order and acquire all the necessary tools to complete the job
* Knowledgeable in plants
* Ability to effectively utilize computer Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to effectively multitask
* Able to adapt and be flexible to changes needed for specific jobs
* Self-starter, organized and work well independently and be able to work under strict timelines
