Please visit our website to see what we create: alderwoodlandscaping.com Qualifications and Skills We are looking for super star candidates who (1) already have experience as a site manager in a landscape construction company for 3-5 years, and (2) that demonstrates reliability, integrity, and commitment! This position starts at $78k per year, but with incentives has the ability to make $100k+. Training: We pay $25 - $30/hr. for a 5 to 8-week training period with another site-manager. It is non-negotiable to go through this process to learn our techniques and standards. Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years experience as a landscape construction site manager, and be honest, hardworking, detail oriented, and ethical. They must also have: Ability to work with Project Manager to stay on schedule and within budget Ability to read blueprints Clean driving record Crew scheduling and supervision experience Organization of job tasks and materials Irrigation system knowledge Plant knowledge and identification Drainage systems knowledge Rock placement / Boulder wall installation experience Paver, wall, and other hardscape knowledge Skid steer and Mini excavator knowledge and Experience Ability to perform a physically demanding job Great Customer relations / communications Benefits Salary: $78,000.00 /year + Incentives and Benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K and Paid Time Off)
