Property Ambassador

We're a Commercial Property Management Company looking for a great Ambassador, 1-2 days per week, to take care of several family owned properties. This job includes driving the company pickup truck to several sites per day and saying hello to tenants and shoppers while performing basic porter and landscape tasks such as: very light mowing (a few parking strips), some weed whacking, blowing sidewalks, picking up rubbish, having friendly conversations with occasional homeless folks etc. It's important that you have some maintenance/ construction skills like installing a sink faucet, changing light bulbs, setting a lighting timer, light carpentry, pressure washing, making a sandwich. Not afraid of heights would be nice so you can inspect and clean roofs and scuppers. We're a fun and growing company so more hours could be added regularly!
