Looking For My Third Mover

I'm looking for my mover #3. Work isn't everyday. Sometimes once a week. Must have reliable transportation. I start off paying $16 an hour. Zelle is preferred for payroll payments. Must be able to lift at least 200 lbs. Lift carefully up and downstairs. We, at times, work in high end homes and must be extra cautious when it comes to hardwood floors and walls. Valid driver's license is a must. MAY conduct background check and drug test. My main concern is a history of theft, meth use, or any other hard drugs. Must be able to follow directions carefully. Please refrain from using your phone during work. Experience driving a box truck is a plus but not necessary. No use of foul language in customer's homes. ESPECIALLY around kids. That may lead to immediate removal. Please present yourself as professional at all times. If chosen, we will have an in face interview followed by a paid orientation on site, different day. If job is the more than one day long, we may not receive payment until job is completed. However, 98% of our jobs are paid same day. At times work gets busy and there will be more work. Or if I'm unavailable you may take my place for the day. If my second mover is injured, you will take their spot as well.
