I am outfitting a food trailer and I need help troubleshooting the layout design and installing appliances so they stay in place during transit. Someone with trailer experience a plus because the ball got stuck in the nose and I need to prevent that from happening again. It currently has plumbing and electricity so the only major things to do are install the freezer (on wheels), refrigerator (on wheels), counter, a few shelves, wallpaper and wood paneling, and an exterior awning. Looking for 3-week turnaround to get this road worthy within a month. Electrician needed to repair the wire that runs electricity to power the trailer and to look over the existing electrical system to make sure I have enough power for my appliances.
