There’s a man walking around the neighborhood of Stromberg Avenue in Arcata claiming to be a service company contracted with PG&E called “VISTA”. This is a FAKE company! He will ask for your account number. DO NOT give him ANY of your personal information! Police have been called and an incident recorded. Please be on the lookout. Navy blue uniform, dark complexion, slightly above average height.
