Saw this house for sale. 1st pic has dog chained up in front looks full time and so sad!!! 1 dog peaking its head out from the blinds inside. I do not know the laws. Dog looks miserable and should not have this life. How is it different keeping a child chained? If you torture animals you torture humans.
