BADGER STATE MAINTENANCE is a full-service landscaping design, installation and supply company, with our main office and retail center located in Milton, WI. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for your experience to add to our Landscape Installation crew. Ideal candidate will be located near the Oshkosh area. Duties: Specialize in removal and installation of landscaping materials: Mulch, stone, shrubs, trees, sod, lighting fixtures, hardscape, rock at large project sites (commercial properties) Materials sourcing, coordinate scheduling deliveries, receive materials at job site. Project management: monitor and report on progression of project to ensure on-time completion and within project budget. Notify Manager of potential issues or delays. Call in relocate tickets on-site when needed. Ensure crew members follow safety standards. Train crew members on proper use of equipment, as needed. Train crew members on proper installation practices, as needed. Qualifications: 3-5 year professional landscaping installation experience. 1-2 years experience in a crew lead or foreman role. Experience following blueprints. Skid steer, edger, and other landscape equipment experience. Willing to train the right candidate with related work background experience and excellent work ethic. Must be dependable, hard working, and on-time. Willing to learn, take direction, and step up when needed. Lift 50-100 pounds on occasion. Maintain a positive attitude, providing example for crew members. Valid driver's license and CDL Class A is a PLUS!! Hours: Full-Time. OT available during peak season. Includes out of state travel, and worksites throughout Wisconsin. Additional off-season work is available performing commercial snow removal. Pay and Benefits: STARTING $20-$25/hr DOE.
