Be aware of downed wires and low hanging branches due to wet heavy snow. Tree branches and powerlines are down on a number of side streets throughout the city. Crews are cleaning up now. CEI in storm mode. The Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve is CLOSED due to a powerline that has fallen across the main path. We are awaiting CEI.
