Greets and assists walk-in/call-in customers with a friendly, positive, customer-oriented attitudeActively listens to customers while identifying, researching, and meeting customers parts needsAccurately provides parts pricing and availability to customersPlaces and processes (including receipt of payment) customers ordersRecognizes and pursues opportunities for additional salesReceives, processes, and stocks partsAssists in maintaining the professional appearance and organization of the storeOther duties as assigned
