In need of a General Maintenance ASAP AAA Apartment Staffing is looking for a highly skilled individuals to service Apartment Communities in Savannah, GA *Apply Now www.aaastaffing.com *The Apply Now www.aaastaffing.composition is working temp on a week to week basis (Mon-Fri 8-5) must be available to start next day! This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. General Responsibilities: • Electrical work • Plumbing Repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Full Apartment Painting • Appliance and Furniture moving • Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units • Completion of full vacant unit turn process General Requirements / Qualifications • Apartment community maintenance experience preferred • General building and grounds maintenance • Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs • Must be able to troubleshoot A/C’s • Must have a positive attitude / good customer service • Must have own tools and transportation • Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style • Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
