Press release from the City of Berkeley: April 22, 2021 Input will be used to inform funding priorities Berkeley, California (Thursday, April 22, 2021) - Come give input at a Public Hearing about federally funded services and housing programs, part of an annual effort to understand the needs of the community and inform the type of services needed to serve low-income people in Berkeley. This hearing will inform how the City uses approximately $3.7 million of federal funds over the coming year. Proposed programs included homeless services, housing services and development, and housing and facility rehabilitation.
