Contractor needed for bee/termite repairs

I need a licensed contractor asap for a property in Rockville. We are supposed to close this Monday but we can't until these minor repairs are done. The contractor needs to be licensed and I need photos of the finished work to submit to the lender. Here are the repairs and they are fairly simple and should not take long. Wood destroying insect damage: 1) Visible dead insects: TERMITE SHELTER TUBES UNDER STEPS IN BASEMENT 2) CARPENTER BEE EXIT HOLES ON FASCIA BOARDS &SPITTLE ON SIDING 3) Visible damange: TERMITE DAMAGE UNDER STEPS IN BASEMENT 4) CARPENTER BEE DAMAGE ON FASCIA BOARDS You must have a Maryland contractor's license (per the lender's requirement) and must be able to do the work this weekend. I need someone to patch, repair, paint, and/or anything that needs to be done to fix these issues. Here are photos attached and again they are minor repairs.
