Description
Participating in a walking club rewards both body and soul. Walking boosts energy levels, improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, combats depression and reduces stress. Most important, walking groups build friendships and have fun! We’ll start with a quick stretch then hit the trail. This hike is easy/moderate, casual pace, about 2 miles and is geared towards seasoned adults. Please bring water and be prepared for the weather: if icy conditions exist bring poles and shoe traction devices. Registration required: $1 per person donation.
