Need a Mechanic who can fix ignition key

Battery is draining because of the key. Key gets stuck in ignition and wont come out unless i remove the lock cylinder. Ignition lock cylinder is new and still doing the same thing, so it has to be something else. Car is 99 Ford Contour 657-250-5778 Call or text asap, thanks RJ
