Hello, I'm not sure how to write this but I'm going to give it a shot! I'm looking for places to rent or buy however I would love to split the cost with someone who could benefit from this as well. Housing is wildly expensive right now and I'll be a single-parent household soon. I do have a steady income and I have three kids although my oldest will be off to his own adventures soon (he turns 18 this year).
